We want Buyers to feel secure and safe when purchasing Domains from Vereo. To provide the maximum level of protection to Buyers, all transactions are conducted via Escrow.com. Escrow.com is a fully licensed and bonded third-party escrow agent.
Escrow.com accepts the following payment methods:
Buyer funds sent securely via Escrow.com are safely withheld pending transfer of the purchased Domain. Escrow.com will only disburse Buyer's funds upon confirmation from the Buyer that the Domain transfer is complete. When you purchase a Domain from Vereo the charges for using the Escrow.com service will be added automatically to the agreed sale price. Please visit the Escrow.com website for current pricing: Escrow.com fees.
Vereo offers Domains for sale with the following purchase options:
Posted prices constitute an offer to sell only in the case of Domains with Escrow.com checkout links. No binding agreement will exist until funds are available for settlement in Escrow.com. Payments made to Escrow.com using Credit Cards or Wire Transfers may take a number of days to reach settlement status within Escrow.com.
All other pricing posted to Vereo is not binding on the Seller. Posted prices, with the exception "Buy-It-Now" Domains with Escrow.com checkout links, do not constitute an offer to sell, and the acceptance of a posted price does not constitute a contract to buy. No binding agreement to sell or binding agreement to buy shall exist unless and until the Seller sends an "Offer to Sell" to the Buyer, stating a price upon which the Seller will sell the Domains in question. The Buyer shall not be obligated to purchase a Domain unless and until the Buyer agrees to the "Offer to Sell" and sends that agreement back to the Seller.
Any "Offer to Sell" made to a Buyer by the Seller or any price quoted by the Seller to any Buyer is valid for seven (7) days from the date that the "Offer to Sell" is sent to the Buyer. The Buyer must accept in writing the "Offer to Sell" within the stipulated seven (7) day period, AND pay the Seller the full purchase price via the agreed payment method. Should the Buyer fail to accept the "Offer to Sell" within the stipulated seven (7) day period as detailed herein, then the Seller's "Offer to Sell" shall be deemed null and void.
Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice and the posted price may not reflect the most recent price change. All Domains are subject to prior sale, or withdrawal of sale by the Seller at any time for any reason.
Upon payment in full by Buyer to Seller, the Seller shall transfer the Domains to the Buyer within 7 business days. Seller shall not be responsible for any delays caused by, or associated with, the registrar/s involved in the transfer process.
Upon purchasing a Domain from Vereo the Buyer shall receive the remaining term of the registration as it appears on the official WHOIS record of the domain. It is Buyer's responsibility from the date of transfer to pay all registration fees as they may come due. The Seller shall not have any liability or responsibility to pay any fees on the Domains which arise after the date of transfer.
